Your privacy. Clearly explained.

Who processes your data

Etien den Ouden, the founder of Veld Studio, is responsible for processing your personal data through this website. For questions you can email etien@veld-studio.nl.

This website

Veld Studio does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics on this website. Fonts are loaded locally. The website does not store your visit in a visitor profile. The hosting provider may process technical log data to run and secure the website.

Your contact request

When you send the form, Veld Studio receives the details you enter. They are used to answer your question and discuss a possible collaboration. The request is sent to Veld Studio as an email through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Amazon Web Services processes the contact details you entered and the content of your message for this. Get in touch for information about how your request is processed.

Securing the form

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical browser data for this. Our contact service checks the verification token with Cloudflare and passes on the IP address in doing so. The contact service also limits the number of requests and sends your message through Amazon SES.

Sending an email

If you email Veld Studio, your details are used to answer your message. Only share information that is needed for your question.

How long we keep your request

If your request does not lead to an assignment, we keep your contact details and the related messages for up to twelve months after the last contact. After that we delete this data.

If your request becomes an assignment, the relevant data becomes part of the project administration. The retention period for that administration is separate from the period for contact requests.

Questions about your data

Through etien@veld-studio.nl you can ask which data is processed or request that it is corrected or deleted.
