Applicability
These terms apply to all quotes, packages and assignments of Veld Studio. Different agreements only apply if we have recorded them in writing or by email.

The agreements that apply to our packages and assignments, in plain language. Version October 2026
This is an English translation for your convenience. If it differs from the Dutch version, the Dutch version applies.
Quote and agreement
You choose a package or receive a custom proposal. The agreement starts as soon as you confirm the package or proposal in writing or by email.
A proposal is valid for thirty days, unless it states otherwise.
Prices and payment
All prices exclude VAT. We invoice the one off fee for design and build as agreed in your package or proposal.
Invoices are due within fourteen days of the invoice date.
Monthly fee and term
The monthly fee starts when your website goes live and has a minimum term of twelve months.
After those twelve months the agreement continues month to month and you can cancel with one month’s notice.
If the monthly fee changes, we let you know at least one month in advance. You may then cancel the agreement as of the date the change takes effect.
What the monthly fee covers
What belongs to your package is listed on the packages page. Unused hours for small changes do not carry over to the next month.
Work outside your package is only carried out after you have approved the price for it.
Your contribution
You supply texts, images and other information on time and in full, and you make sure you have the rights to use that material. Delays in supplying it may shift the planning.
Delivery
The number of feedback rounds and the planning are set out in your package or proposal. After the final round and your approval we take the website live.
Ownership
Texts, images and other content you supply remain yours. We register your domain name in your name.
After full payment of the one off fee you may use the design of your website without limit for your own business.
After termination
If the monthly subscription ends, we help you move your website and domain name to another provider. You receive your content in a usable format.
Liability
We work carefully, but a website can never be completely free of disruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Privacy
You can read how we handle personal data in our privacy policy. If we process personal data of your visitors on your behalf, we make separate agreements about that.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms and our agreements.
