For a website we built, we build on the existing structure. Was your website made by someone else? Then we first look at the technology and documentation before deciding what support is possible.

A new feature starts with the problem you want to solve. Maybe an enquiry needs more information, a service is hard to find or you want to show a new project. Together we decide what the visitor needs.

If you want insight into how your website is used, we discuss a suitable measurement plan and base improvements on those insights. Work, planning and costs are fixed up front; maintenance and ongoing development are not automatically part of every website project.
